Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about RSA, billing, brokerage linking, and your account.

Product & getting started

What is OneArbitrage?

OneArbitrage is subscription software (SaaS) that helps you run our reverse stock split arbitrage (RSA) on brokerage accounts you link, when your broker is supported and you choose to use it.

We are not a broker-dealer. Your account and assets remain at your brokerage. See our Terms for how the service is described.

Who is eligible to use OneArbitrage?
We focus on U.S. retail brokerages. You need to be able to open and maintain an account with a supported broker. Brokers usually require identity verification (for example, SSN or TIN) and a verifiable address; exact rules are set by the broker, not OneArbitrage.
How do I create an account?
Choose Start your free trial on the home page or in the header. You complete registration on our secure Cognito page at auth.onearbitrage.com (Google or email). You can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) after sign-in if your login method supports it.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Use a modern web browser such as Safari or Chrome for this site and for the customer dashboard after you sign in.

Sign-in & account

How do I reset my password?
Password reset is handled by your identity provider. Use Forgot password to open their secure reset experience.
How do I delete my account?

Sign in to the customer dashboard, open Settings, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and confirm. We remove your login, cancel Stripe billing, and delete product data we store for you, subject to the Privacy Policy and any law we must follow. This does not close brokerage accounts you hold at Robinhood or other brokers. You can also email support@onearbitrage.com if you need help.

Brokerage & RSA

What is reverse stock split arbitrage (RSA) at OneArbitrage?

RSA is the automated workflow our subscription software runs on brokerage accounts you link and choose to use with the product. It is built around reverse stock split corporate actions: calendars, notices, broker cutoffs, cash in lieu of fractions, and other execution details that vary by issuer and firm.

We ran similar steps manually before we automated them in software. OneArbitrage does not pick securities for you or tailor recommendations to your situation. See the RSA guide for a plain-language explanation of how it works.

What is a reverse stock split?
A reverse split is a corporate action that reduces share count and raises the quoted price per share so that, before fees and taxes, the economics are usually intended to line up with what you held before. Issuers and brokers can treat fractional shares differently (including cash in lieu). For a longer walkthrough in our words, see the RSA guide. For independent background, see the SEC’s investor glossary entry on reverse stock splits.
Does every reverse split or similar corporate action produce a profit?
No. Outcomes depend on issuer documents, broker processing, timing, and taxes. Some actions pay cash in lieu of fractions; others may not play out the way traders hope. A subscription pays for software that automates reverse stock split arbitrage (RSA) on brokerage accounts you link and control.
Where can I read more from OneArbitrage?
Start with the evergreen RSA guide for how reverse stock splits and fractional handling relate to the product. Visit News for time-stamped announcements and updates.
How do I link my brokerage account?
After you sign in, connect your brokerage through the in-app connection flow. OneArbitrage uses secure linking so your credentials stay with your broker; we never ask you to share passwords in email or chat.

Subscription & billing

How much does membership cost?
New members get a 7-day free trial (card required at checkout). After the trial, OneArbitrage membership is a flat $20 per month, billed through Stripe. The exact total at checkout may include tax. You can update your card or cancel anytime from billing settings in the customer dashboard.
How do I pay or update my payment method?
Subscriptions are billed month to month through Stripe. Manage your card and billing details wherever subscription billing is shown in the customer dashboard.

Earnings & taxes

Can I compound my earnings in OneArbitrage?

Not inside the product today. OneArbitrage does not automatically sweep RSA cash into new positions for you. When a workflow step produces cash, it stays in your linked brokerage account’s cash balance until you trade, transfer, or withdraw using your broker’s tools.

We may add an optional way later to move idle cash into stocks or ETFs from the app. It is not available yet, we have not announced a date, and until then nothing in OneArbitrage replaces you choosing reinvestment at your broker.

Do I need to file or report taxes on RSA profits?
Yes. Profits that show up in your brokerage account are generally yours to report. Your broker supplies statements and official tax documents for activity on your account. Use your broker’s materials and, if needed, a qualified tax professional.

Referrals

How do referrals work?

Invite links often add ?ref= plus a code. We may keep it in session storage for that visit and record it once when your customer account is first provisioned; we do not change codes on accounts that already exist. For binding rules, see our Terms. Ask whoever invited you for a short summary.

How do referral commissions work?
For each person who uses your link and keeps a paid subscription, you earn 10% of qualifying payments (renewals included), subject to cleared invoices, program rules, Stripe processing, and cancellations. See our Terms and Referrals in the customer dashboard for your invite link, code, and reward status.
